Jamie was born and raised in Salisbury. She started in real estate 8 years ago.

Frank Bertolino

Upon graduating from Triton Regional High School in 1973 I enlisted in the U. S. Army.

Jenna Noone

Jenna was born and raised in Salisbury, Massachusetts and is currently raising her family there.

Do I need to be a licensed real estate agent to join The North Shore Realty Group?

Yes, an active real estate license in any state is required to join our team as an agent.

Can I join The North Shore Realty Group if I am a new agent?

Newly licensed real estate agents that have not completed a minimum of three real estate transactions in the twelve (12) months prior to joining are required to participate in our Mentor Program. Newly licensed agents with fewer than three transactions within 12 months may be mentored by that team’s leader in place of participating in Mentor Program.

What does it cost to join the team?

We are 100% transparent and will ensure that you know everything prior to joining us.

U.S. agent fees (USD):

$149 start-up fee
$85/month cloud brokerage fee

U.S. agent transaction fees (USD):

$25/transaction broker review fee
$40/transaction risk management fee ($500 annual cap)
